Encouraging staff to achieve success, providing them with the opportunity of developing their professional qualifications, knowledge and experience, rewarding successful staff, e. Providing staff with timely and adequate information in matters concerning them, f. Taking precautions that will facilitate the reporting the views, opinions and advice of staff to the management, and ensuring that this idea is taken into consideration by the decision makers, g. Ensuring the establishment of business environment and human relations that will increase staff’s desire to work. h. Giving credit in proportion to the nature and quantity of the work performed by the staff at Board of Directors’ sole discretion.
