He was born in İstanbul on 09.08.1971. He graduated from the department of Civil engineering in Yıldız Technical University Faculty of Civil Engineering. After his military service, he began his career as a Real Estate Expert in 1995 in T. Vakıflar Bankası T.A.O. Istanbul Regional Office Construction and Real Estate Directorate. He has continued his career as Appraiser / Technical Manager in İstanbul Region with the establishment of Vakıf Gayrimenkul Ekspertiz ve Değerlendirme A.Ş. in 1996, and immediately after, as a Founding Member and Board Member in Ekol Gayrimenkul Değerleme ve Danışmanlık A.Ş. in 03.12.2004. He performed quite a large number of adjustments and controls of valuation reports for various private and legal institutions and organizations as he was in the valuation list of CMB. He has the Certificate of Real Estate Appraiser. He has Marmara University Import-Export Certificate and Marmara University MS Office Certificate, and he knows English. Özrifaioğlu is the member of TMMOB Chamber of Civil Engineers and Union of Appraisers, and Active Member of Association of Appraisers.
