He was born in Istanbul in 1974. He graduated from Civil Engineering Department in Yıldız Technical University. He began his career as a site manager in Polipan İnşaat Ltd. Şti, and after he completed his military service, he began to work in Construction and Real Estate Directorate in T.Garanti Bankası A.Ş.. He has received training on computer, personality development, real estate valuation and civil engineering, and he prepared many real estate reports for bank risks during the period he worked in the bank. He has the Certificate of Real Estate Appraiser. Firuzbay is the member of Member of Association of Appraisers.
